It was practically a joke.

It's trite, but I like it.

My daughter and I (well, me really) had it out the other day and I promised her I'd get her. I found the perfect thing.

It's a Youtube video of a ghost in Michael Jackson's home during a CNN interview on Larry King. It's been debunked but it's still really creepy. Not to mention the fact that somebody has stuffed one of those pop up scary things into the middle of it.

hee hee.

"KIIIIIIIIDS! Cmere! I wanna SHOW you something."

hee hee. There are days when I love my life.

They came flying down the stairs and I plopped them both in the chair zooming it right up to the screen. I even turned the volume up.

hee hee. This is gonna be GOOD! Can ya taste it?

I clicked and gave them a quick synopsis.
and waited.

hee hee. I was afraid I'd blow it. The anticipation was AWESOME.

WELL! They screamed SOOOOO loud and both shoved the chair back with such force, they almost tumbled out. They continued to scream and yell at me through tears and laughs. Their faces contorted and their mouths twisted: was it real? Was it a joke? WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING!

"MOOOOOOOM! THAT'S NOT-NOT FUN-NY! TH-TH-THAT WAS REALLY MU MU UH MEAAAAN!"

I was laughing so hard I couldn't even help them. Nor did I. I blinked back tears and kept going.

"BAWWWHAAhahaha! You should have seen your faces! It was hilarious. That was the best ever~" I tried to simmer down but failed. I only got revved up more (and those of you who know me KNOW what I'm talking about)

By the end, we were all laughing and mainly at me. Maddie kissed my forehead as I mopped my eyes some more.

"I get it." she said.

"I know." I smiled. "But Maddie, wasn't it a LITTLE funny?"

"No. But when is Daddy coming home?"
